Website Maintenance

We do not believe in charging our customers a yearly maintenance fee for additions and/or amendments that they may or may not require.

Most small websites require only simple alterations eg. a price change, a new telephone number, new trading hours etc. We are more than happy to make these small alterations free of charge.

However, redesigning pages, adding new pages, moving content, adding photos etc is not maintenance and would be undertaken at a very reasonable cost.

Copy writing

If you are not sure how to connvey your company, products or services in words, let us do it for you. Our professionally qualified copy writer will call you and interview you for up to 1 hour. This fact finding interview allows us to write between 200-250 words on your about us page and between 150 - 200 words on other pages. The home page will have up to a 50 word description (derived from content on other pages) and your contact page will have up to 50 words.

Search engine optimization is absolutely imperative in having your web site indexed with search engines so internet users can find you. Without SEO, your site may never be indexed, which means your
web site will not be included in searches.

SEO includes a robot .txt. file and a search engine site map .txt. file that tells the search engine ‘robots’, that are constantly trawling the internet for new or altered web sites, to pick up and ‘index’ your site with search engines (list your site).

Keywords are also part of SEO. These are the words and phrases people use to search the internet to find your site or have it come up in search engine listings.
